Merkur Logo   KurTwo - Ford 2.3 Turbo Engine

Here are pictures showing the install of David's highly modified Ford 2.3 Turbo engine in a Merkur XR4Ti.  Notice the polished upper intake manifold with integral air water intercooler working in tandem with a front mount air to air intercooler.  A hybrid T3/T4 turbo blows through a big throttle body and the dual intercoolers.  A tubular header feeds the exhaust into the turbo.  Check out the attention to detail!  This is not your typical Ford 2.3 Turbo Engine!
