"KurTwo" Ford 2.3 Turbo Engine

David built a modified Ford 2.3 Turbo Engine for his KurTwo Merkur XR4Ti project.  The turbo engine incorporated a custom upper intake manifold with big throttle body and an integral air to water intercooler.  In addition, an air to air intercooler was also installed in the nose of David's Merkur XR4Ti.  This dual intercooler setup is intended to significantly drop the charge air temperature of this turbocharged engine.  Pictures below show some of the details.
