David has been making more progress on KurTwo2. He has recently completed some work on the cooling system as well as making a custom hub for the magnetic trigger for use with the SDS engine management system.

Coolant Header Tank and Return Manifold
David writes: "Here are some pictures of the header tank and return manifold I made. The return manifold has four -10 AN fittings for water outlet from the heads. There is also ports for the ECT, fan control switch, temp gauge, and a bypass line. There is a thermostat in there and a small amount of water needs to flow around the thermostat to allow the return manifold to heat up. The bypass line will go to the heater core and then to the header tank upper port."

In addition to working out the cooling system, David has fabricated a special hub for use with the SDS engine management system....

Hall Sensor Hub - Rear View
David writes: "The SDS is a flying magnet system and there was not room on the front pulley to mount the magnets so I made a hub. The hub has 4 magnets attached. One is crank position and the other 3 are for trigger."
